2. Personal data collected
When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional) and the content of the message you send. We also automatically record certain technical information about the visit, such as the originating page, campaign parameters (UTMs), browser used and country of access, to understand the origin of the contact and improve communication.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Data is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and assessing potential professional collaboration. The legal basis is your consent, given by filling in and submitting the form, and the Controller's legitimate interest in carrying out his professional activity.
4. Storage and service providers
Data submitted through the form is securely stored on Cloudflare, Inc.'s infrastructure, a hosting and database provider acting as a data processor. An email notification is also sent to the Controller for every new contact, via the email-sending service of the same infrastructure.
5. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of the contact and any resulting professional relationship, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. 7. Cookies and measurement technologies
This website uses Cloudflare's security and performance features (such as bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile), which may involve minimal technical processing necessary for the site's operation and security. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
8. International data transfers
Since the infrastructure used operates on a global network, your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. These transfers are carried out by providers that apply appropriate data protection safeguards, in line with the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
